  Haley was great. She kept me updated on the status of the parts we had to order and when things were finished. The repair people did a great job and even finished faster than they had estimated. Finished product looks like new.

  You have the right to pick where you take your car, but my only choice is and will always be AUTOMAN. Don't let your insurance tell you otherwise, If they do, let them deal with James he advocates for his clients. 100⭐️ service. James really goes above and beyond to help. I hit a flying object on the interstate and sent him a picture to see the damage. He made go to the shop to secure my bumper and make me "safe" to drive until my scheduled appointment for repairs. That is the huge difference between Automan and most shops, they truly care about you and your safety and not just getting paid from your insurance claim.

  Automan in Johnson City is seriously top-notch! I recently had some pretty gnarly damage to my car after a fender bender, and I was dreading the whole repair process. But from the moment I walked in, the staff was super friendly and helpful. They explained everything clearly, gave me a fair estimate, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. What really impressed me was the quality of their work. My car looks brand new again you can't even tell it was ever damaged! They paid attention to every little detail, and the paint match is perfect. Plus, they got the job done much faster than I expected. Honestly, dealing with James at Automan took a huge weight off my shoulders during a stressful time. If you're in Johnson City and need collision repair, I highly recommend giving them a call.   If I could give this plane less than one star I would. They don't deserve any stars. Back in 2024 My car was rear ended and barely had any damage at all. They stole my battery and replaced it with one that didn't work because they totaled my car out, after months of thinking my car was totaled. I eventually took it to a shop, and all I needed was another battery. They didn't Even bother replacing or fixing the steel bar in my bumper. The car still runs great today but unfortunately it's still registered as totaled out. I'm very unhappy with this company and the insurance company progressive. Thanks for nothing.
