- DDDee3 days ago3.0I rated this a 3 star cause the lack of respect truckers that comes late and just parks in front of drivers that paid for parking is insane I shouldn’t have to wake up and be blocked from the front of the truck to my backside of my tractor trailer. This store claims they get maintenance to move them but I woke up being blocked.The entitlement to park anywhere because you didn’t plan your trip correctly has to stop its very rude and annoying. Overall they have nice showers employees were cool and the store is clean this place just needs to tighten up on removing people who are illegally in the way.

Some showers you’re rinsing for days it seems. Not here. Clean showers and rooms. Not to mention , we had no waiting. Entering our shower soon as we ordered it... No long wait this trip at 11:00 in the morning. Well done Pilot. Well done!

- BBBranApr 7, 20265.0🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 If you’re rolling through Tennessee and passing by Gordonsville, do yourself a favor and stop at the Pilot Travel Center — this place absolutely delivers every time. From the moment you pull in, you can tell this location is well taken care of. Plenty of parking for truckers, easy in and out access, and everything laid out just right whether you’re fueling up or taking a break. Inside? Spotless. Bathrooms are clean and stocked (which every driver knows is HUGE), the store is organized, and the whole place just feels fresh and welcoming. The staff here really keeps things moving and treats customers with respect — you can tell they take pride in their work. Food options are solid too, with hot, fresh choices and all the snacks and drinks you need to get back on the road. Whether you’re a local or running long miles, this is one of those “home away from home” stops. Pilot did it again — 5 stars all day. Highly recommend making this a regular stop if you’re traveling through! 🚛
