  Tint World of Goodlettsville did a great job of replacing the wrap on the bumper of my Mercedes SL 63 and matching the color of the rest of the car. Would recommend them to you for your next job.

  Disappointed. I initially came in about a month or so prior to get my windshield and front left/right windows tinted. I requested to have a sunstrip installed over the windshield as well. Upon completion the first time around before I was already upset with the quality. ( I know it takes tint time to fully cure/adhere to the windows) but by the time I had gotten home I noticed some pieces of fabric or lint between the tint and windshield. Also where the sunstrip has been installed wasnt cut short enough and began bundling up. I immediately called when I noticed and traveled back to their shop, they fixed the bundling at the sunstrip but claimed that the "bubbling" i am seeing in the tint will go away when it cures. Yet here we are 1 month later STILL with these bubbles because fabric does not just disappear from that, am I right? It also took them quite long to complete my car, and i am not new to the tint industry, it took nearly 3 hours for completion the first time around for some reason, and they weren't doing any other vehicles at the time of starting mine. Keep in mind this was only front left and right windows, and the driver windshield. Also I have never paid nearly 350$ for such minimal tint work, I expected much greater results for what this company offered. Anyways fast forward to a few days ago when I had called to make an appointment for the warranty to be fulfilled, I call speak to a manager named Logan, give my phone number and he then asks me if it is my specific car, and I say yes, and he tells me times of a availability, and we came up with today, Saturday, March 21 at 830 am. Upon arrival today and speaking directly with Logan, he claims they have no availability today to fulfill the warranty. I responded with" what? I called earlier this week, directly spoke with you about this issue, found a time and date to bring my car in." His response was "sorry we have has multiple different management here the past few weeks" which is understandable but still doesnt excuse the fact that a simple one and done procedure that you have experienced technicians who do this as a career to cause me now 3 trips, which is now become a 4th trip to this location to have my tint hopefully properly installed. This is genuinely becoming ridiculous that the issues I had pointed out in the first place has caused this much of my time to be wasted due to this companies negligence. Im genuinely to a point where I want them to remove the tint completely and refund the money. *an update will be made upon fulfillment of warranty*
