- DDDDec 19, 20251.0I ordered serpentine belt at 8:02 AM. It was supposed to be delivered by 11. I consistently called more than five times and was left on hold for more than 15 minutes each time. The commercial wouldn’t even help me or figure out the time of when the Store driver would come And I showed up to the store that it was supposed to be delivered to and at 2:28 I was told it would be 30 minutes and I’ve been sitting here for a hour and it’s still not here I’m a mechanic and they are costing me money it shouldn’t take almost half a day to get one Belt from a store. That’s 15 minutes away. If I could give less than a one song, I’d give zero it’s not busy. They have people here. No, I just checked the GPS and it’s not even traffic now they telling me that the belt was dropped off at a mechanic shop I’ve lost $200 from my first missed job an I’m finna be late to my second one this store is run by slow moving people that don’t wanna do their job

Specifically Bryan who was very eager to help and did everything perfectly. More then earned a loyal customer.
