  We had used Tuffy Tire & Auto in Panama City Beach, FL on a hotrod trip, and were extremely satisfied with the service and pricing to help us out of a jam so our vacation wouldn't be ruined. So when a new Tuffy Tire & Auto opened in Gallatin, TN, we decided to take our Hyundai Santa Fe there for oil changes and routine maintenance. The owner visited with me, shared his excitement with opening in Gallatin, and said they wanted to offer great customer service, that they had seen lacking at other places. I agreed completely, and was so pleased with their honesty, thoroughness and courtesy to me. There had been a previous issue with which oil my car used (it's a turbo - takes 0W20, not 5W30), and another place had to drain the incorrect oil and refill correctly, as did a Hyundai dealership. Tony, the owner, researched this with Valvoline and confirmed that I was correct - the 0W20 was the oil my engine requires. He made a note in my customer record, to make sure that it's done correctly in the future. Our neighbor has used them for front end work also. Great customer service, great people, clean waiting area & restrooms, fair pricing...highly recommend Tuffy!

  Awesome service very attentive to what my concerns were and 100 percent transparent with the repairs. I have gone to other shops and these guys are by far a cut above the rest. I would highly recommend them for any service you might need with your vehicle. Thank you !!!!!!

  These people ROCK!!! Tony takes the time to explain everything!!! My wife is always apprehensive about going to a service center alone..Tony made her feel right at home..Thanks for all you and your crew do!

  I have had nothing but great experiences with the Tuffy in Gallatin! Everyone has always been kind, respectful, and thorough. They are incredibly transparent with all costs, services, inspection findings, etc. The communication and timeliness has been unmatched! They even extended the life of my brakes quite a bit longer than I was anticipating and completed multiple courtesy brake inspections in the interim before I had them replaced. I would recommend them to anyone in the area and plan to continue utilizing their services!
