The only issue I have is that I showed the attendant my coupon for 10% off and looked at my receipt afterward and she only gave me $10 off. My bill was over $160 so not a huge deal but it would’ve been nice. There was a longer wait than I had anticipated. It would be great if there had been an approximate wait time available on the website or app. Also, if you want people to fill out these surveys, you should have a QR code instead of having to type all this stuff in to access it

Then they proceeded to tell me that they were going to drain it out and fill it back up with their own antifreeze. At which time I proceeded to tell them that they cannot mix their antifreeze with what I have or it will turn into cottage cheese inside of my engine. They then did it anyways and told me it would be fine. Here I am three weeks later, and now my thermostat is stuck due to the coolant that they put inside of my engine. I called and made a claim two days ago because my jeep is now in the mechanic shop, and was told they would get back with me to let me know if they would pay for the cost of the repair. The repair is gonna cost $865 and they just called me and said they are declining to help me with the cost of that. They are responsible for this. Not only that, the inconvenience this has caused me, and the two days of work that I have missed, on a week where my rent is due along with other bills, Is now putting me in a major bind. So now, I’m gonna have to come up with $865 to continue living my life and getting my son to school and getting back-and-forth to work every day, all thanks to the incompetence of the people at Valvoline in Gallatin Tennessee. I recommend this place to nobody, unless you want a nightmare introduced into your life because that’s what it has become for me. I will never go back and you shouldn’t either.
