  This is the second time I've reserved a truck, and they've called me days afterward, the evening before I'm to pick up the truck, to inform me that they don't have it. And not only that they don't have it, that they knew they didn't have it when I originally reserved it. The first time it happened made me angry, but I decided to let it go, and not write a review out of a desire to lash out. But having it happen again, and it costing me even more money... not acceptable. Is it too much to expect that they would just not accept a reservation for a truck they do not have available? Or that, at the very least, they would tell you sooner than 18 hours before you're suppose to be picking the thing up? Their failure to honor their obligations has now cost me $737.
