  I usually associate renting a car with going to the airport, both suck. But, in this case, rental was easy and flawless and much appreciated professionalism!!! Thanks for making it ease and fast to rent!

  Just got off the phone with enterprise they said the 26ft box truck I reserved prior is not at Franklin location where I reserved it. if I still wanted it I would have to pick it up from Murfreesboro which would be more mileage than I had planned which would be more money I have to pay. I asked if I would get a discount or any adjustment because it is not at the location where I reserved it I was told no and if I still wanted to use it, I would have to pick it up at the Murfreesboro location. I will not be using them again.

  Accidentally left my Switch 2 in a hard to miss case in the rental called them and they said it was cleaned out at a different branch went back the following week spoke to the manager and she said it was cleaned here. Called another week later and requested camera footage told me yes they can look after the manager approved and they would call me back they never called me back. I think someone there stole it and they’re covering it up. Update: Corporate has already been contacted.
