This place moves slower than a sloth on vacation. Absolute joke — never coming back, not even if they paid me for the oil change.

Second, they had to scan my door code repeatedly just to update my info in the system. Like 4 or 5 times and he couldn’t get it right or pay attention to what I was telling him because he was distracted by his coworkers. Thirdly, my invoice sent to my email doesn’t have the price I paid for my service. I’d have rather had a paper receipt but they insisted on it being emailed. I’ve been going to a different place that’s closer to my home and they top off all fluids, clean your windshield, and lube all door hinges as a free service. I went to Valvoline ONLY because I had a coupon. Next time, I’ll spend the $10 more to go to a place that cares more about customer service and satisfaction, than to go somewhere that couldn’t care less about it’s customers.
