  Had a pickup scheduled from here and got a call one day prior for the pickup. I asked them about the documents needed and if they allow renting with Indian license. They told me that is okay. On the day of the pickup, reached 35 minutes before pickup, Provided my home country license along with IDP as well as other IDs along with a US credit card but was asked for home country credit card and even then they did not let me rent a car. Had to wait at the store for about an hour. And they only had one guy managing everything.

  Friendly, competent staff! They work fast and efficiently to get you in and out fast! I haven’t had a bad experience at any of the Williamson county locations but this one is my favorite.

  The manager at this Enterprise location in Franklin, Tennessee, is professional and respectful. Even though my rental coincided with the Thanksgiving holiday, and this office was very busy, the people there were patient and took the time to answer all of my questions. I will rent from Enterprise again.

  Let me begin with the first step. I had a wreck and needed a car to get home to another town. I was guided to the Brentwood, TN branch of Enterprise. I called repeatedly over a five hour period and the phone was never answered. I found out later they had no cars available but could they not have answered the phone and said that? I am utterly disgusted with that office and have no good to say about them. ...HOWEVER... thanks to the tenacity and help from my insurance agent, I was directed to the Bakers Bridge Ave. (Franklin, TN) office of Enterprise. I called and spoke to Brianna Brown. She was more than wonderful!! She was eager to help me, the calmed my frazzled nerves, and actually made me laugh by the time we finished our conversation. I was delayed going to get the rental because the towing company picking up my wreck was about five hours late to get it so I had to wait until the following morning to get a car. Brianna was very helpful in adjusting the time to get the car and, once again, made me feel cared for and appreciated. When I arrived at the Franklin location, I met Brady Fry, a wonderful smiling, friendly, personable, eager to help individual. I actually enjoyed the short time it took for us to do all the necessary paperwork. I cannot express how much I was grateful for both of these exceptional young people especially after having felt like I had been treated horribly by the Brentwood office! As far as I am concerned, Brianna and Brady restored my faith in Enterprise. I will certainly use Enterprise again purely because these two people made the company look so very good and efficient. They were exactly the kind of employee a business should have. A huge thank you to Brianna and Brady!!!

  Absolutely awful. Car shook at hwy speeds and cust service could not have been worse.
