  10/10 Customer Service. Long story short, I had paid for a rental in full at Avis/Budget down the street. When I arrived the rep informed me he gave my vehicle to someone else. I drove to the nearest Enterprise - this location - and Andrew immediately got me in a vehicle that was available at this location. Enterprise in Cool Springs was a life saver. Thank you team for helping me out in a pinch. Never use Budget or Avis - especially the one at the Embassy Suites.

  Had a pickup scheduled from here and got a call one day prior for the pickup. I asked them about the documents needed and if they allow renting with Indian license. They told me that is okay. On the day of the pickup, reached 35 minutes before pickup, Provided my home country license along with IDP as well as other IDs along with a US credit card but was asked for home country credit card and even then they did not let me rent a car. Had to wait at the store for about an hour. And they only had one guy managing everything.

  The manager at this Enterprise location in Franklin, Tennessee, is professional and respectful. Even though my rental coincided with the Thanksgiving holiday, and this office was very busy, the people there were patient and took the time to answer all of my questions. I will rent from Enterprise again.
