The check-in process was super easy and the lady who checked me in was very kind and helpful. She arranged for me to drive a very nice vehicle. Check out was equally as efficient and easy. Overall a very good rental experience.

When I called for pickup, I asked for a mini-SUV but was brought a huge Chevrolet Traverse (much larger than I needed). I was told I could switch to something smaller later, so I went back and was given a Jeep Compass that smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The smell was unbearable, and the car didn’t seem properly maintained, the engine have a hard time to speed up, and clearly needed attention. I called to ask for help and was told to “try again tomorrow.” I called several other branches too, but no cars were available. It’s frustrating to deal with this after a stressful accident, especially when Enterprise advertises “clean, well-maintained vehicles”. I expected better quality and communication.
