    I arrived at the location around 11:55 n they close at 12..with very few cars on the lot, but Derek got me in car even though by time he finished with me it was pass closing..all while showing great customer service.

    Enterprise helped us when our vehicle was in the shop. The coordination with the repair shop and insurance company was seamless, and I felt like I barely had to do anything at all. I received a rental vehicle that was very similar to my normal car and they even let me return my rental at the repair shop so I didn’t have to coordinate another step. Will definitely be using this team and business again!

    My insurance company sent me to Enterprise after a recent car accident to get a rental car while they evaluated my wrecked vehicle. The check-in process was super easy and the lady who checked me in was very kind and helpful. She arranged for me to drive a very nice vehicle. Check out was equally as efficient and easy. Overall a very good rental experience.
