Don't take a diesel here or any thing that has 2 batteries on the vehicle. My batteries are smelling like sulfur and are both wet on top where the caps are at and when they got them out of the truck they were both swollen on the verge of cracking and leaking. They dont know how to test the batteries correctly they tested them with them both still connected to each other and claimed they are good. Anyone with any common sense about this knows that they have to be disconnected from each other to test each battery separately. Took it to another shop to have this done right WENT ACROSS THE STREET TO FAYETTEVILLE AUTOMOTIVE AND THEY ARE REPLACING BOTH BATTERIES CAUSE THE ARE BAD AND ALSO ARE THE INCORRECT TYPE FOR BUCKET TRUCK WITH THE ATTACHMENT TO TRUCK!!!!!!!

Brent at Tire Engineers was extremely helpful when I had a flat. He even helped make a phone call to ensure my warranty covered the new tire. Great customer service—thank you, Brent!

So I went to get an oil change on July 1st of 2025. After my oil change around about two weeks later, I noticed that my oil light came back on. I didn’t contact the express oil change and told them the issue. They did ask me to bring it back down there or that they will have to see it. At the time I did not do so. Then on October 1, 2025, it was time for another oil change. After a couple of days, I noticed that my oil light came right back on again this time I contacted them and told them about the issue. They told me to come back down the next day, which I decided to do so, and I explained the situation to them. I didn’t let them know that someone looked at it and said that there was something that was missing as far as a cap dealing with the oil I guess I’m not really sure or too car savvy. They didn’t informed me that they told me several times that there were multiple oil leaks on my car, which never that issue came up at any point or time I didn’t let them know that as far as with one of the dates that they have on the paper could not be accurate because of the fact that my car was sitting when it got taken from me in 2022 and I did not drive the car until October 2024 that’s when I actually started back working and I had to get my registration and battery for my car. yeah, you can see that there’s a date on that Dee Dee stated that they informed me of this issue October 2022 now who in the right mind would wait that long to have their oil leak checked or oil leak worked on so that is obviously not the case and there is proof that I did not have my car in 2022 for them to inform me of that as well as you can see if there’s a period from 2022 to 2025, so you mean to tell me that my I never received an oil change from 2022 up until 2025? As far as with the receipt I’ve never seen in the top right hand corner anything regarding a service history that’s never been on my receipt. I’ve always looked at what as far the details of what they actually did and the pricing. after I went back to the second time for my oil change, they informed me that they would only be able to top off the car and don’t know where the leak of oil came from they didn’t informed me that this had to be something that has happened for a long time because of the fact that the oil didn’t look fresh but if you can tell on the pictures that I’m about to show that everything is fresh oil now at the time though of me getting this first oil change or second oil change they would’ve noticed that the oil was leaking is that not correct? The same amount of oil would have been there every time did they change my oil and they would’ve notified me of that as well. I think that they’re trying not to hold themselves accountable however they are responsible and I do want to seek action so I did go to the Better Business Bureau website and informed a complaint I got a call from someone in Hazel green as far as to get my car looked at and serviced what they did was a complete check on my car and just gave me a printout of several things that cook that was wrong, and of course, the pricing of how much everything will cost, there was really no real resolution. The fact that what I wanted was for them to fix as far as where the oil came from and replace the oil so that way I can move on cause it has done a lot of damage to my car. I hate that I’ll have to go this route, but I am going to see legal action because of the fact that this is negligence at its best. Someone dropped the ball and does not want to admit that they were in the wrong as far as with this situation they have bad ass attitude, and this is not the first time that they have complaints. When this type of manner I try to be nice and patient with everyone, but now it’s time to make sure that they hold themselves accountable in the future all that could’ve been done was to replace where the oil leak was and get that fixed and and that’s it and based on the receipt, everything would be costly and that doesn’t seem like a customer service resolution to me. It just seems like they’re just want more money.
