    The Elizabethton, Tennessee location is grossly lacking in professionalism. Today is the 7th time we have attempted a rental at this location, as the next location is an hour further. After confirming information several times, the location has either closed an hour early with no notification, completed the contracts improperly, failed to have the appropriate vehicle requested and CONFIRMED by staff 3 times, or acted in a manner more fitting for a WWE performance than in a business setting. Today's episode should be featured on 'Jack@ss'. The locations in Bristol, Johnson City, and Blountville are everything Enterprise should be. Good customer service, clean and well maintained vehicles, and staff that pay attention to the details. Save yourself time, money, frustration, and a potential lawsuit (due to an improper contract). Go to those locations, even if you have to drive the extra hour.
