- PFPeggy Farrell4 days ago5.0Eric is fantastic. He advised the battery in my car was testing low and was able to see it had an original date 2022. Even though he was honest about it not being an immediate need he did offer to replace the battery while I was there without making me feel pressured to do so. Because of his courteous and professional way of bringing this to my attention I decided to have my battery replaced during this visit. He also showed me that my air filter was also in need of a replacement but apologized for not having one in stock. Fantastic experience as always when being my car in for service and Eric is there. I recommended my nephew take his car in to see Eric this week as he needs an oil change and possible other service as well.

Yes! they will ask you about your filters and before they even ask me about the filters. I told the young man that I get my filters at my place of work. But he decided to take the filter out anyway and him and another teammate proceeded to laugh about the dirty filter. OK! So, what's funny? They get dirty and I will change it when I'm ready! not Valvoline! I've been going there for 7 years nonstop and don't intend to stop. The crew has changed over the years and I understand career changes. BUT! stay professional! I came in for an oil change! My filters are my responsibility. Other than that..I will always choose VALVOLINE!
