Well me and my wife Mrs King and daughter went Bass Pro shop there here . And I was buying my wife some outside boots to wear for a Christmas gift ,there here on Monday November 18 , 2025 . And we was having a peaceful evening until we walked out about after 6:00 pm to our car and it looked like someone outside was messing with our passenger side door handle . But they didn't break in our car there . . But they almost did . Well didn't know if there security there to look out in the parking lot . But we glad our car didn't get broken into . They only broke part of our door handle . But it still opens the car door . But they didn't break in our car . It was ok .

This is a clean and well-organized store in a convenient enough location with good stock and selection in clothing and camping gear. I personally don't hunt or fish often, so I can't fully speak of their stock in other departments. The fish tank is a cool attraction and it's always well stock and appears well kept. I've also never had an issue with the prices, I find them to be competitive. I go to the store probably once a month or once every other month. I would frequent much (much much) more if it were not for the following: The BLOOD THIRSTY SHARKS they have trying to sell vacation packages, push credit cards, and advertise other upgrades and schemes. There has not been a single time I have been at this store and not been approached by 4+ employees or representatives who barely take my repetitive no's for an answer. Previously, I've had an employee approach me, scout's honor, 3 separate times trying to push the same offer. Today, I had a gentleman suggest I stop looking in the section I was browsing and follow him to sign up for some vacation offer after the first "no thank you, I'm not interested in any card or offer" of our 2-3 minute interaction that would've been about 10 seconds had he respected my reply. In my opinion, this practice is predatory and incredibly uncomfortable. I would understand 1-2 employees at the front of the store OR (please, god, not "and") near check out trying to fill their quota not every single employee in the entire establishment. I am a Chattanooga native and have been shopping at this store since it opened. From open until today, I have interacted with ONE SINGLE EMPLOYEE that didn't mention something about a card or trip, she just offered help. I wanted to hug her and on my momma I'm not exaggerating. I ACTIVELY try to avoid employees in the store which is disappointing to me because I love Bass Pro. Honestly, they'd be getting a lot more of my money if they would chill out because I love a good impulse buy so I guess I shouldn't really have an issue but dang y'all. I've tried being kind and listening and then saying "no thank you," I've tried immediately saying "no thank you," I've even tried just saying "I'm not interested" and continuing to shop refusing to make eye contact or look in the direction of the person talking. They literally stop at nothing I do not understand. Have these people work with the polls and sign people up to vote or something, but mercy alive get them out of Bass Pro so I can look at a camp chair. Maybe it's because I look young and stupid? I don't know but I'll tell you what, it really ruins a shopping experience and brings my personal rating from a 10/10 to 6/10. Boo. *tomato, tomato, tomato* NOVEMBER UPDATE: This is still happening just as bad. One particular employee out of 4 that approached me yesterday was literally irritated with me that I did not want to hear about the credit card.
