- KSKatrina ShortDec 20, 20251.0It’s definitely disgusting that the CURRENT staff is encouraged to take insurance reservations over anything else due to the length of of the rental… staff will purposely call and cancel reservations if you are not a Corp rental or a insurance rental because of the contracts or a insurance claim this was communicated to me by a current employee also if you need a rental and are just a individual renter you fall to the back of the line …. I have personally heard the CURRENT staff do this ..Also they will stereotype you if they think you do not have a credit card and can’t afford the deposit plus the rental which according to staff is no longer a requirement for rental good luck also read the fine print and check for damages before you sign the rental agreement they may charge you for damages from a previous rental because they didn’t do their job and inspect the car when it was returned
