  The man I spoke to / who checked me out was fantastic, he didn’t actually change my oil. but as I’m driving from Nashville to Florida, my oil panel falls on one side so I had to listen to metal scraping the next 3 hours. So if you want to get an oil change and not worry on your long roadtrip, I wouldn’t recommend this location. I even read reviews of multiple shops beforehand and it was rated highly, but I won’t be returning. $100 to ruin your oil panel— a steal!! A Honda CRV is a pretty standard car model but apparently the techs there haven’t worked on one or just didn’t take the time to tighten the screws that holds said plate on. There wasn’t a line of cars behind me, so it’s not like they were in a rush and couldn’t be thorough to make sure the screws are in tightly. usually I know better than to go these quick-service type of places, but in a pinch, decided to give it another chance and had the same thing happen. Unfortunately I can’t recommend this location…

  Had a perfect experience here this morning, helped speedily by Erick, PJ, and Kerry. All were friendly, professional, attentive, and earnest. I always appreciate when folks provide suggestions without feeling a sales agenda. These gents all worked together to bring to my attention and fix some things the guys at a competitor botched! Thankful for their keen eyes and honesty.
