  Giving 1 start because giving 0 isn't an option. Went to have an oil change and they talked me into a transmission flush and less than 2 hours after I left, my check engine light came on. Went back and the manager Mike, told me that the flush could have "pushed some debris and sludge around and messed with some sensors." He recommended redoing the flush, which still did not fix the issue. I went back and he said there was nothing he could do. He hooked his code reader up, I saw him clear it out, and he said "now there's no codes popping up." I let him know I saw him clear them out and he just looked at me. I then started a claim with the customer care. I had to reach out to them more than 5 times to get in touch with a higher up. When I finally got in touch with the area manager, Matt, he said he would need to confirm with Mike that things were done correctly, of course he said they were done correctly. Matt then said there is nothing he can do it is not on them. I have missed multiple days of work and no longer have a working vehicle and they didn't even try to make it right. They all lack knowledge in the car world and I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy going to them for anything.

  I do all of my own car maintenance except oil changes. I know, that sounds weird, but the frequency of oil changes and having 3 vehicles makes oil disposal, and my time, far more expensive than taking it to Valvoline. "Steve-O" who is the manager is a real nice guy every time I go there we chat about working on cars. He is able to effectively manage his team, and always is professional. I've taken all 3 of my vehicles there for 6+ years with no issues. Sure, another quick lube place may be a bit cheaper... but at what cost? No high pressure, just the facts and quality service. 5- star service 4.5 star wait times (sometimes it's slammed, or understaffed 4 star facilities, the lift to do tire rotating had been broken for like...2 years. Missed opportunity for fast revenue. Overall, good place. I recommend

  I stopped by due to a small oil leak today. My first time going to this business and it will definitely be my last. The guy barking orders was so rude and talked to me like I was an idiot. The worst business and employees I’ve dealt with in a long time. Do better!
