They were very busy when I arrived, and my "clunker" of a car literally needed pliers to open the hood. They were good natured about it. never made me feel bad, and treated my car just as good as the nicer cars that were there. Thumbs up to everyone!

I listened to a friend who told me the reason my oil light kept dinging on and off is because it was overfilled, so I went up to Valvoline to get it checked, and the really nice guy (didn't catch his name) said it was actually almost 2 quarts low and he put some in there for free and told me if I ever have oil related problems or questions, just bring it to him and he will always look at it and tell me exactly what it is. I don't feel like any other oil place in town would have done that. I have never had a bad experience there. All the guys are so nice and helpful and will answer all your questions, even if you are a women that don't know anything about cars, they never make me feel stupid for asking any question. I will always continue to take my cars to that Valvoline.
