- JTjackie tomlinsonNov 23, 20255.0Let me start off by saying what a bunch of great employees that work at this Dickson, TN location, each one has been on top of there game when it came to renting one of there cars. It started off w/ my insurance & which they paid for about 2 weeks so once they totaled my car out a week later my insurance stop paying for it and I work in Nashville 6 days a week sometimes 7 days a week just depending on workload so I had to have a car. Plus I had a few complications due to switching the title to my name before insurance would even issue my check and I needed to wait for my check to arrive cause that’s my down payment towards another vehicle. So let me just say this OMG they have been so freaking awesome throughout this whole process I couldn’t have asked for a better experience than what they gave me, they are all just absolutely amazing!!! So here it is over 30 days I’ve had there vehicle and I’m still getting it at my insurance rate of 27$ a day so on the 30th day(it was actually 35 days before I even got to the Brentwood location) they had to redo the contract and even though I had to pay a 300$ deposit(which I’ll get back upon returning) I’m still getting it at 27$ a day versus normal rate which is almost 40$ a day if not more so what a blessing they all have been from the Dickson location to now the Brentwood location!!! Thanks yall for everything it’s been a wonderful experience to say the least !
