  The Dayton Enterprise car rental it was a great experience .the car was nice but mainly it was the employees that impressed me the most..very courteous professional attitude and a genuine caring about pleasing the customrs..Will definitely use Dayton,TN. Enterprise car rental service again. THANKS FOR THE GREAT SERVICE

  I recently rented a vehicle at the Dayton, TN enterprise location,. Thee associates James & Chandler from start to finish took care of my every need. As well as when I dropped thee vehicle back. I walked in and was promptly greeted with welcoming smiles and during my rental they even called to make sure everything was A-OK. I will always do my vehicle rentals thru Enterprise!! Happy customer, and loved the car!!

  Enterprise is normally my go do car and work truck rental company. I am always pleased with the vehicle and quality of those vehicles, I treat them like they are my cars or trucks, hence, I do not abuse or mistreat them. However, on this last rental , I reserved a 1/2 pickup truck for a road trip. I was required to wait for a truck to be delivered from the Athens TN branch since the one I was originally going to be given on that week's rental was found to be needing a set of new tire s , immediately. So I was notified by the Dayton branch that my pickup time would need to be moved pending that vehicles arrival from the Athens branch to Dayton, branch, so about an 1.5 hours. , It was then detailed, I did not get inside that vehicle, just did the paperwork, recieved the keys , departed the branch and had a family member bring me back for the truck pickup about an hour later. I COULD NOT BELIEVE THE HORRIBLE CIGAR/ SMOKE SMELL IN THAT VEHICLE, IT ABSOLUTELY SMELLED OUTRAGEOUS BAD. , I drove it straight over to the Food city across the street, brought two can of frebreze and one vent air freshener. I emptied one entire can, inside that truck, but could still smell that smokey smell. Drove it home with the windows down. Put half the next can inside it, left the windows half way down over night but could still smell that smokey smell. It would not leave, James calls the next afternoon, asks me about the truck , I told him about the situation, he told me if it did not improve, they could switch it out for another truck, once one came back in the following day, I told him, hopefully the smell will go away, but if not, I will maybe do that trade out, I do not smoke and I can not stand that smell. So here's what happened, I could not even use the truck AT ALL ON THE ENTIRE DAY FRIDAY. DUE TO THE EXTREME SMELL, THEY DID NOT HAVE A TRUCK FOR ME TO EXCHANGE THAT TRUCK FOR, SO AFTER WAITING ALL DAY, I WAS FORCED TO EXCHANGE FOR A MID SIZE SUV. GMC TERRAN , WHICH WAS NOT REALLY WHAT I WANTED BUT IT WAS A HECK OF ALOT BETTER THAN THAT SMOKE SMELL. I GOT BY WITH IT, JUST NOT AS SAFE ON THE INTERSTSTE AS A TRUCK IS, WAS STILL CHARGED THE PRICE OF A TRUCK, AND LOST 2 DAYS ON MY RENTAL OVERALL BECAUSE SOMEONE ELSE VOLITION S OF THE NON SMOKING RULES GOT LET OFF AND NOT CHARGED FOR SCREWING UP A GREAT VEHICLE BECAUSE THEY HAVE TO SMOKE INSIDE OF IT. NOW THE QUESTION IS, WAS IT A CUSTOMER OR AN ENTERPRISE EMPLOYEE?? WHO EVER IT WAS NEEDS A BOOT PUT INTO THEIR REAREND, HARD. BECAUSE THEY COST ME ALOT OF MONEY FOR SOMETHING I DID NOT GET A TRUCK RENTAL. RESPECTFULLY, DON BLAYLOCK DAYTON TN AREA.

  The Corolla got us to where we needed to go. A few features of the car did drive me up the wall, but it got us where we needed to go. Did have to air up the tires as the weather was changing. But we were able to pick up the car quickly, as well dropping it off early (our car got out of the shop earlier than expected). We have enjoyed this location as it is near to us. This is our 3rd time renting from here.
