I came on Thursday Dec.11, 2025, to the dandridge location. They were very busy, when I got there there were 10 vehicles. They had every single bay open to take us each in and get us handled as safely as they could while also quickly working. I was the last of the 10 vehicles in that rush. The entire process, from pulling up to the store, to pulling out completed was 75 minutes might have been a little less. I felt that was impressive considering the amount of customers there at my arrival. Also, there was a guy, who also helped me. The woman got me in the computer, for as a new customer, and walked me through the sales process including explaining differences of oil to me which was very helpful. And also she was transparent about the pricing with me, and helped me with my coupon. We agreed the full synthetic oil change was best for my vehicle and needs. The guy that assisted me, went over a couple of suggestions with me, about some things to consider soon for my car, a transmission flush and how it had not been done or at least reported to the car fax on my car, and a fuel cleaning treatment as well. He also informed me that I could come anytime as a client to have them check my tire pressures and fill my tires up with air if they needed it. I really felt like that was an excellent service to offer. That also locked me in as a returning client. He is the one who checked me out that day. I did not get thier names, she has very long pretty hair and is sweet a little older than me I am in my 40s. And the guy was younger than me, probably mid20s I believe he had reddish hair with a red goatee. I just wanted to mention both of them, their professionalism, the salesmanship they each demonstrated, as well as both were extremely friendly, polite and kind. I will be recommending this branch and I will be returning due to these 2 employees. I hope you give your employees Christmas bonuses, it is people like them that build solid relationships with customers, make them feel important, and seen and heard. And I appreciated it personally very much. Thanks again, to both of them!
