- JWjames whitfield5 days ago1.0Worst place in the world. Made an appointment for tire rotate as we bought tires here before it was tire discounters, this included free rotation for life of tires. Went this morning at appointment time and person at counter says it will be a 1 1/2 hour wait as there were only 2 tire techs on duty. He could find no record of appointment or when we had last rotate and presented the attitude that he didn't care, just too bad for customer. Never mind that gas is $4.00 a gal, we altered our morning to get this done, and the rotten attitude prompts me to tell everyone NOT to go to them for anything. As with most big businesses they don"t care, there's plenty of people out there that they can continue to abuse.

I needed 4 tires and called last week after finding the tires online they carried. The sales guy told me that they didn't have them but had them at the warehouse and would have them there by the next day. I had work engagements and told him I couldn't come in for 4 days and I would like to just setup an appointment. He never set one up and again I asked I he would just call me when they came in and we could set them up. He said yes. Next day, no call. I just figured he forgot. Fast forward till the day I could bring it in and I called to set it up. Funny thing is....I wasn't even in the system. The sales guy never put me in, and of course no tires were there. So don't bother anymore there.
