First of all you are Enterprise Rental Car how do you not have cars? Secondly, why do you allow a reservation for the car if you don’t have cars available? The “manager” is always rude and not helpful. I call to Knoxville Enterprise they have cars. So here is another question, If I am stranded in Crossville and your partner store has cars in Knoxville why can not someone from Enterprise Knoxville bring a car to Crossville to help your customer? Or there were 3 ppl that I saw in office today if you have no cars send 2 ppl to Knoxville to pick up a car. Or offer to help me get to Knoxville instead of telling me to figure it out myself. Horrible customer service.

TAYLOR is about hateful and is extremely unhelpful. I don't want to know all the reasons for why you don't have a car AFTER it was booked. This location needs a serious face lift.
