When you have two lanes, and there are not ample employees to assist, customers should be able to help themselves with their payment. There was a big cardboard sticker over the credit card Hole. So I’m sitting there and sitting there and sitting there waiting for the employee to get done in the First lane, so he can help me in the second lane. If you are forcing your employees to give the timeshare spiel to every customer, make sure you have enough employees to cover both lanes OR remove the big, unwanted, cardboard sticker, so customers can help themselves.
