Not a spot fee shine, had to go home with some waterless cleaner and clean the spots left behind myself, and how does 1 rim stay absolutely filthy while the other 3 are clean? Might have to rethink the membership I paid for. The cycles that your car goes through are way too short, the tunnel definitely isn't long enough to accommodate all the cycles they now have so your car isn't getting thoroughly cleaned like it should for the price you pay. I shouldn't have to go home and wash my just washed car. I'd rather have a clean, dried car than all the bells and whistles they try to fit in the entire cycle. Car washes need to do better, make the tunnels longer if you're going to have that many cycles in a wash.

Austin had told me about the best option and I went with his recommendation. I am from Florida and have never been in snow before, after the wash my car came out cleaner then my expectations. 10 out of 10 recommend.
