I had even mentioned that I had to be somewhere within 2 hours, but was nearly 3 hours (and nearly $800 later) before they got me out of there. I noticed a lot of the crew seemed to be standing around while my vehicle sat in the bay with the tires off for a long time. Coffee pot was empty and no one went to refill it, several people came and went who had come in long after I did. Just didn't seem like they were concerned about my time. If it had only taken 2 hours as I was told, I would not have left an unsatisfactory review. Tires are good, but felt that time management was poor.
