  We showed up on time for our scheduled pick up and the car on wasn’t ready yet. They said it would be cleaned quickly and we waited 45 minutes for the car to be cleaned(we waited for it to be cleaned and found a press on finger nail on the back floor mat). The manager said he would give us money off for waiting so long. We thought that was awesome. We finally get the car after being there for an hour and fifteen minutes, we pack the whole car ready to finally make the 6 hour ride only for the tags to be expired. We have to go back in and wait again for a “new tag” and then for them to only give us a piece of paper saying it was a rental car. They also offered us another discount for this inconvenience. We returned the car that night at the other enterprise at the same gas level that we picked up with. We rent cars there a few times a year and know the policy. We then noticed a few days later that we were charged $30 in gas. We called that day and was told someone would call us. I never got call back and was told two separate times the discounts and refund for the gas was put in. I had to call FIVE times over a month in a half to even get this stuff figured out. Last time I talked to someone was on Friday, said he would call back in 20 minutes and never did. Just now got the refund put back on the card. The worst experience we have ever had and have used this company for years at this point.

  I could not say enough!! Thank you so much Blake for all your help and after everything we were going thru to have a company make life just a little better buy helping make things easier more than you will ever know!!!! Best company ever!!

  I had a great experience renting a car from the crossville location while my vehicle was being repaired. The car drove beautifully, and the staff was professional, friendly, and very helpful with all of my questions. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I will absolutely rent from them again.

  Blake was wonderful. And then he called to make sure everything went well. That's customer service. I will be returning if I need a rental. Like I said about Richland MS, Enterprise is easy to deal with. Thanks Blake!

  Enterprise has helped me through 2 accidents this year, and they were amazing both times! Won't rent from anybody else!
