All employees are polite and courteous making sure I have the correct parts that I need. I have actually stopped shopping with competitors due to the diligence of the employees here. The second time he arrived the manager (Patrick) told him the store ordered the wrong one, then while trying to speak to him Patrick turned his back on us rudely and walked away with no sympathy or respect of my friends time. Definitely not professional behavior from a manager.
