  I took my Volkswagen Atlas here after calling and SPECIFICALLY asking several times if they work on them. I’ve had trouble in the past with mechanics willing to work on it because it is a European vehicle and some places just don’t want to touch them. Verified, yes they do work on them. I was never told that there may be a risk that it could be something wrong that they may not be able to work on. I brought mine in to have them do a diagnostic on my AC because it was not getting cold. $650 later for them to say that they can’t work on it, only Volkswagen can. So now I’m out the $155 diagnostic fee and have to pay for a second one with VW. Would have LOVED to know there may be a chance it was something they couldn’t fix so I could have made the decision to not allow them to look at it or risk it being something simple they could fix. Now I have had to pay for two diagnostics because the test this place gave me didn’t include a part number and Volkswagen won’t fix it without performing their test. If you have a not so regular car, do not take it here. It’s not about the money I spent here, it’s about the time wasted and not afforded the chance to make the decision on my own not to risk them potentially being able to work on it.

  Very Friendly staff!! And when something was found wrong they explained VERY Well and even showed me so I’d have better understanding! I like how they work I’ll be back again and again

  I would have given them a half star if I could. When I visited Triple T for an oil change, to my surprise I'm getting ready to leave for work the next day and there is "NO" oil in my car !! NONE AT CALL. The whole point of taking my car there to get an oil change was TO GET OIL CHANGED. The worst car care center by far.

  Had a blowout on a trailer 3 miles from this location. Called a friend to come help and he went to this location. Because they were closing in 15 minutes they said they wouldn't fix it. If you aren't going to work till closing time, don't post a closing time. If you can't assist in an emergency situation, you won't get my money any other time and I'll do my best to make sure all my friends in that area know too.
