She is probably one of the most intelligent young girls I have ever met. She is very good with automotive knowledge. She deserves a raise. I have been a manager of various retail stores over the years and try to understand that turnover is very high due to poor pay in retail and slow to adjust to the market. My suggestion with everone being so short staffed and supply chain issues . Be happy they are even open at all. And sometimes have the part they say they did. Retail has changed and service is all but dead.. thanks to staff for even trying. Brian and his big dog Charlie...

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward.
