  I’ve had great experiences with Mini Roadshow most recently with Matt - when I bought my first brand new Mini Countryman! I was on a mission for a more comfortable-and still fun-drive. Matt was patient, no pressure, highly knowledgeable and really cared about addressing my driving needs. I felt like a neighbor, not a number. Thanks, Matt, I seriously appreciate that and I love my new Mini Countryman!

  Definitely a 5-star rating for Roadshow BMW/MINI and a 6-star rating for our superlative sales associate, Matt Andahl. Last week we drove all the way from Denton, TX to Cordova, TN to check out and possibly purchase a 2024 Mini Cooper that was in their inventory; these days it’s almost impossible to find a recent used Mini with the 6-speed manual, which was critical to me. We found this one listed on the Roadshow website, called ahead to schedule a test drive, and drove the 8 hours to the dealership. It was absolutely worth it. Matt was the easiest-to-work-with, friendliest, most knowledgeable sales person I’ve ever dealt with. And I mean EVER, in my 50 years of occasional car shopping experiences. Matt really knows his stuff, and he’s no-pressure, efficient, and helpful to the nth degree. I can’t recommend him and the dealership highly enough. PS—and the car is amazing, immaculate, exactly what I was looking for. Go Matt Andahl! Go Roadshow!

  I have been driving Bmws for 25 years. My first salesman was Mr.Davis, who has passed on. Very Nice Man. I bought the 7 series . I now drive the Z4 and an X series. The X series had a fault signal for low antifreeze and it started running Hot.,I have had the car in the shop at Roadshow BMW where it was diagnosed as having a bad radiator which cost over 2,000 dollars to repair. I repaired the car. I got it out of the shop and it has been running low on Antifreeze periodically for about 2 years. During this time I have been so frustrated because I have taken my car back 10 times. I left it with the service advisor for some days and he drove it and said there was no problems. I get the car back and a month later it has a fault of low antifreeze. There is no antifreeze on the garage floor or the ground. When my husband checks the fluid it’s low. I have asked the service manager to get involved and he did but to this day my car is still not functioning properly. I have every record of service. I have an older model 328i had it in the shop because it wouldn’t start.it was dead. I had it towed to the shop we were told it needed an alternator and new battery.I took the car home it was parked in the driveway for a couple of days . When we tried to start it up Dead. I called the service advisor he said to have it towed in at my expense. My husband contacted the service manager and he sent a tow truck. They said it was a Bad Battery. Disappointed
