  We were shopping for a PHEV with partial self drive. Hunter helped us find the BMW X5 PHEV. We drove it home after a very easy sales experience. No high pressure, just common sense. My wife is extremely happy with the additional features she has discovered.

  Our salesman Tom was terrific. Could not have asked for a more responsive and through sales person. No pressure anywhere along the way, great experience. Also want to thank Cameron for spending time with us to set up and guide us through the how to use the screens and commands.

  I can’t thank Marcus and Barron enough for such a great experience from start to finish. From the initial research and questions all the way to purchasing our vehicle. Marcus did an amazing job answering all my questions, sending detailed photos and videos, and sharing his knowledge along the way. By the time I made the 2.5 hour drive to Memphis, I knew exactly what I was coming to see. Barron was fantastic as well. As the finance manager, he made the entire process smooth and straightforward. We agreed on a fair trade-in value and a fair purchase price, and before long, we were driving home in one of our dream cars. I’m truly thankful for the honesty, transparency, efficiency, and genuine care that both Marcus and Barron showed my wife and I. I highly recommend working with them at Roadshow BMW!

  I got my car serviced at Roadshow BMW for a transmission replacement. I got my car back Sep 5, 2025. So I’m trying to understand I have a 2016 BMW X5 35i which is all wheel drive. If you pull a transmission from the transfer case the transfer case will leak fluid. I know my way around a car and didn’t feel like replacing my own transmission because you put trust in the dealership. Months before my drive shaft shaft fell out and cracked my transmission which caused me to get a new one. I got under my car and throughly checked for other cracks that’s how I noticed the crack in my transmission. My car messed up on Sep 28, 2025, while I was out of town. Out of nowhere the ABS and brake light came on and my car started. A hours or so later the car started to jerk so I pulled over and look under the car and noticed my transfer case smoking along with no fluid dropping from it because it’s busted. I’m sitting here thinking how could this happen. If I just got the transmission replaced?? I’m assuming that the tech would’ve replaced the fluid that had came out when the seal was broken from the transmission which they couldn’t have done. I had to pay over 5 hundred dollars to get my car towed. I also reached back out to my service advisor Richard who trying to blame it on my drive shaft. A driver shaft can not bust open a transfer case if it had fluid in it. I know if you are change out a transmission you should also change the transfer case fluid especially if you are taken it apart. Richard wanted to update everything else that my car didn’t need but never said anything about the transfer case. Tried to sell me tires which my tires where good granted one of the tires was messed up according to them and tried to give me and alignment which I knew the car didn’t need. Then Richard said that you don’t have to mess with the fluid when you do a transmission. Yes you do because it’s going to come out automatically because they are connected. This is unacceptable for trying to blame the customer because the tech made a mistake knowing that fluid came out when he disconnected the transmission. Then to downplay it like it’s my fault or the draft is crazy. How could my transfer case be completely dry when I checked it is crazy to me. BMW wants trust and loyal customer but the service advisor are just trying to get money for sales and not the right or actual service the customer needs. Too busy trying to reach a sales quota and dealership wonder why customers find certified techs at independent dealers.
