- VYV Y2 days ago1.0I’m a TOP-tier member at Glide Express Car Wash, and this was honestly one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had. I saw an employee applying tire shine to multiple cars. When I politely approached him and asked if he could do mine as well, I even clarified upfront whether I needed to pay anything extra. He asked for my membership tier, and after I told him I’m in the highest tier, he still said I would have to pay extra. That makes absolutely no sense. What exactly is the point of paying for a premium membership if services are randomly excluded or inconsistently applied? It’s extremely disappointing to see other customers receiving the service while I’m told to pay more — despite already paying for the top membership. I was so frustrated that I ended up doing the tire shine myself. That completely defeats the purpose of paying for a premium car wash. Management seriously needs to clarify their membership benefits and train their staff to apply services consistently. Right now, it feels like top-tier membership doesn’t mean anything.

Employees like Ms.Toya always make sure that the customers are taking care of and she always has a smile. There is nothing like great customer service and it’s even better when it comes with a smile!
