Disappointed that an employee started pulling out my car mat that I was cleaning it's not carpet but I go there and use it despite the sign posted (my bad). He approached and just started yanking it without explanation. He over reacted for sure. Instead of dealing with the situation and returning over charges from a year ago they said see ya. Seems like they'd want to keep a long time customer but then again, why would I stay? They have a monopoly in the area so I guess they can do without me as a customer, good service and a clean well stocked car wash. I will pay more for stuff that works. They sent me this request to review after I told the offending employee to cx my membership. Despite signs saying No loid music I drove out to a guy blasting his music while vacuuming! This review is based on the years I've been a member and not just this 1 experience. Ive also had my car drivers side mirror broken and thankfully replaced by them but the wash contiues to flip my side mirrors whether pulled in or not. I also have scrtches on my car from the machines. Do better Glide carwash!!

It give you the best wash your car looks so good when it is finished...and the tires, Wow you really don't need to do anything to them when they come through the wash.

Originally, I was going to sign up for just a month of car washes. But for as long as the price doesn’t increase, I plan on continuing my subscription. Well done Glidesters!
