As soon as I pulled in, I was greeted by a very sweet girl (I didn’t get her name), who provided some of the best customer service I’ve experienced anywhere — not just at a car wash. She was friendly, professional, and really took the time to make sure I got exactly what I needed. The wash itself was thorough and efficient — my car came out sparkling clean, inside and out. But what really made the visit stand out was Denzel’s attention to detail. After the wash, he went the extra mile and shined my tires for me, making my car look brand new. That little touch honestly made such a big difference and showed how much pride he takes in his work. You can tell this place cares about their customers and their cars. The whole team seemed upbeat and organized, and the facilities were spotless. I left feeling like my vehicle got the VIP treatment. Huge thanks to Denzel for going above and beyond — it’s not every day you come across someone who truly cares about doing an exceptional job. Denzel was friendly and helpful and assured us that we could go through a second time if necessary. It was necessary. He was professional and easily sent us through again. Then came over to help us wipe down the Jeep and ensure it was clean. If we lived locally we would certainly visit regularly.
