  I normally love this place because they’re so attentive and get the job done. However my visit on this past Saturday 12/20 around Noon was different. I told the mechanic there that my tire pressure light was on and that the day previous one of my tires completely deflated. He checked the tire to ensure there were no leaks. And he told me it was fine. Great. However I was still concerned because my tire pressure light was still on. He brushed it off as being a default with the sensor. I asked him to please just check all tires and check the pressure. He wouldn’t. I was nervous about this because earlier this year I had hit nails and three tires needed replacing and the only way I knew was because the tire pressure light kept coming on. So I knew it wasn’t faulty. I told him this and he STILL brushed it off and wouldn’t check the pressure in my tires. It was a simple task. So my husband got an inflator and pressure checker for my tires from autozone and did the work the mechanic REFUSED to do. Come to find out the tire pressure was low in my tires and needed more are. What do you know, the pressure light then went off. Do better express oil change. I’ll probably stick to only getting quick oil changes from them from now on. Hated how I was treated and made to feel like I was overreacting or didn’t know what I was talking about. It wouldn’t have taken NO time to just check the dang tire pressure in the tires and fill them up. He tried comparing my car to some old car he had where the pressure light never goes off. Instead of listening to me and my concern. Never again. May go to a different location even for the oil changes just to never see him again.

  Luke and Sebastian at the Cordova location on Germantown Parkway are courteous, professional and knowledgeable. They assisted and saw to my vehicle getting properly diagnosed and repaired. This was in the midst of another Express Oil location, outside of Memphis, not replacing the gasket on my oil cap after an oil change. Which caused excessive oil leakage and an almost dry oil pan. They apologized on behalf of the company and made sure the error was corrected. Stop in to see these gentleman, they will make sure you get the service you deserve.

  Super impressed with the service! Shelton was wonderful everyone seemed to be efficient at their jobs. They were honest and replaced an issue caused my the dealership. I’ll definitely be returning!
