Before finding this location, I tried renting from multiple other Enterprise locations and was told to take an Uber to each one—only to arrive and find out there were no cars available. This happened three times and was extremely frustrating. Naya and her staff completely turned things around. They guaranteed me a vehicle and followed through. They also assisted me with the insurance information related to my accident, helping confirm what was partially covered by my insurance company and ensuring I received a fair price for the remainder. The car was clean and well maintained, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. The staff maintained a professional, welcoming atmosphere throughout. It’s rare to experience this level of customer care, and it set this location apart from the rest. I highly recommend this Enterprise location to anyone needing a rental, especially after an accident.
