  I had a great experience with Enterprise. Niah was friendly and helpful, and the 2024 Mitsubishi Mirage was maneuverable and fun to drive.

  The BEST thing about this location is Lafayette! He is so friendly and his joy is contagious! Excellent service! Have never had a problem with any of my rentals and I rent from here often!

  I was able to reserve a car online, but when I got there, there were no cars available. They also didn’t know when any cars would come in. They could have at least notified me before coming over at my scheduled pick up time.

  I wouldn’t even give this location a one. Let me explain my experience so customers are aware of the complete mess and unprofessional service I received. So back on 11/3/25 I pretty much did all of an enterprise employees job I set up the reservation myself using the app. Got my confirmation, now fast forward to 11/24 day before my pickup I saved time by check in, what a waste of time. I go to the Enterprise on Germantown parkway (Cordova,Tn) on my scheduled pickup day 11/25 and enter the lobby and the employee at the desk what was I there for and said I was checking in to pickup my reserved rental vehicle and gave my name and she tells me that they have no vehicle for me. My response was “your kidding right I placed this reservation back on 11/3 and it’s 11/25 and you don’t have my reservation, to say I was hit doesn’t even cut it. I asked for the manager and he was standing there and I asked him what is going on and his renew was “we are waiting on vehicles to be returned” and I was like do what waiting on a vehicle to be returned and I could wait to see if one gets returned. I told the manager I had a reservation put in over 3 weeks ago and you are telling me I don’t have a rental car so let me get this straight so a reservation means nothing and you just rented my rental car to someone else on the hopes they would bring it back before my scheduled pickup . Give me a break told the manager I wanted the corporate number and he retrieved it from his cellphone. I called the number and placed a complaint and opened a case and was told that they would get right on it and find me a rental car. Mind you I am leaving tomorrow morning hence why I placed the rental pickup for 11/25 so I could be on the road first thing Wed morning of 11/26. I would stay clear of that location the manager is incompetent and could care less about a customer. That manager needs to be retrained or let go because that location is destined for failure. I will never rent another vehicle from enterprise T-total waste of my time and won’t spend my money where I’m not appreciated or a reservation honored, don’t need to hear excuses.
