  First time using Budget. Pickup was supposed to be 10am. Vehicle didn’t arrive here until hour later. Interior was somewhat dirty and after driving off in vehicle the A/C didn’t even work. So, instead of waiting for another vehicle to be brought from the airport which was going to be an unknown amount of time. I drove the broke vehicle to the airport for them and the airport wanted to charge me for not filling up the vehicle before returning it. After that was settled, the second vehicles interior was dirty too. At this point, I should be 3 hours outside of Memphis so I just took the dirty vehicle and left. All I can say is I guess they are cheaper than the rest for these reasons. Also, the Cordova location doesn’t allow after hours drop off anymore even though the website still says they do. So I had to drive to the airport to drop off the rental since we made it back early.

  This Budget location has greatly improved their customer service. Unlike our past experiences at this location, the Budget representative was friendly, courteous and professional.

  This location is just bad. When I first picked up the car, I was told they didn't have time to clean it and they gave it to me with dirt, crumbs and trash in the backseat and on the floor. Not to mention the customer service was horrible and they seemed like they just wanted you in and out. I won't rent from Budget again.
