- WCWilliam Chalifoux6 days ago3.0IMO the Gtown location is the worst one by far. They close a lot due to computer issues. The wash area always has nozzles that don’t work. There has been a rotating brush at the entrance on the drivers side that hasn’t worked in months. Go to another location

Car wash has steadily gotten worse and have had enough and canceled both cars today. Would suggest you find a different car wash that actually works.

Most notably the pre-spray, brushing by staff is half way done if at all, I’ve only gone through a few times that I don’t have soap all over my car as I exit (today I watched as I passed the rinse sprayers and nothing came out). And rarely does the back of my mid size suv get touched at all. Only reason I still have account with this company is that I can go to other locations in town that are much better. This location took over the operation from a previous owner and it was bad then. Equipment is always needing maintenance- Take 5 should tear down and start over with their own new equipment.
