  I had the best experience ever at this AutoZone, all thanks to Larry — the Country Cowboy himself! From the moment he stepped in to help, he brought the perfect mix of professionalism, knowledge, and genuine Southern charm. He went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process feel easy and enjoyable. It’s rare to come across someone who not only knows their stuff but truly cares about the people they’re helping. Larry made me feel taken care of, and because of him, this will always be my go-to AutoZone location. If you’re lucky enough to be helped by the Country Cowboy, just know you’re in great hands! Absolutely amazing service — I’ll definitely be back!

  Not very helpful. I asked for a specific car wash and wax product. After I was told what it was and couldn't locate it, the gentleman said he would come show me. He then proceeded to wait on everyone else, even new customers coming through the door. I waited for ten minutes and when I was about to say something he took another customer outside to look at her car. Finally I got the other associate to come help me but she just said if it's not on the shelf we don't carry it. I know for a fact that they carry it because that is the only place my dad and I have ever found it. She didn't even offer to look in the computer to see if was at another location. Very poor customer service.
