Austin was very kind and informative while he filled out an incident report. Sadly, I received an email stating they were not at fault and nothing further can be done. Interestingly, as I pulled out of the wash I saw someone else's mudflap on the ground. But their equipment is not at fault, yeah right! I've only been there once but will never go back again.

They reel you in with a good price and then it goes up with no noticeable changes in customer service, machinery upgrades, etc. I'll probably be canceling because it's easier and cheaper to wash at home. Plus, after multiple visits, this car wash and others like it leave swirl marks on my vehicle. I won't be the only customer you lose!
