Heath took care of us and has been helpful throughout the purchase process. He treated me and my family with respect and was easy to work with, very responsive when I had questions. Heath is also unabashedly a man of Christ and we knew we would be treated fairly knowing that. Keep up the good work Heath.

I had a fantastic experience working with Lyle Heisz. He is very knowledgeable, patient, and really listened to what we needed. He helped us find the perfect truck within our budget and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He is also very kid-friendly, we came with our 1 year old, he was very playful with him. Highly recommend!

My experience with Cookeville Ford was very good. The product has been great and I really like it so far. While there was some confusion about the warranty, my discussion with the finance manager makes me believe that there was no intent to mislead. The salesperson, Nathan Monroe, did a good job of working to get the deal done without pressure.

I'm not typically the person that is going to post reviews but this experience requires it. I've done a lot of business with Ford of Cookeville and my experience was good up until this visit. I came to the dealership to look at a 2017 F350 Super Duty Dually. It's used and I expected it to have bumps and bruises. Test drive went fantastic of course, nothing happens during a test drive. We sat down to do paperwork on the truck and that's went it all went down hill. The salesman brought out these astronomical numbers for down payments and monthly payments. I politely refused and told him there's no way I was paying that kind of down payment or making that type of monthly payment on a used vehicle. The salesman also came out with this insane offer on my trade. Again, I politely said absolutely NOT, it was a complete slap in the face. Long story short, I did eventually get what I wanted on trade in and got the truck with no down payment. I completely understand this is a used truck so I drive this truck home, drives home perfectly, attempt to back the truck in the driveway and there's no Reverse gear. It lags for several seconds finally kicks in, then it slips all the way up the driveway causing a check owners manual light to come on. I immediately called my Salesman to let him know what was going on, he then let's me know that they can't do anything about it because its a used truck and it was purchased as is!!! So I have payments on a truck that I can't drive because the transmission is slipping and the dealership, Ford of Cookeville won't do anything about it. I'm blown away by the lack of maintenance and the lack of care that this dealership has for its customers. Be very leary and aware when purchasing something used that its checked out completely and you have at least a 30 day Warranty or grace period after purchase. Don't be like me, make a purchase then come home and realize an issue with the vehicle. This is an expensive fix, over 6000 for a transmission that comes out of my pocket directly after a purchase of a vehicle, thank you Ford of Cookeville!!!!!

We had an 8am on Tuesday service appointment. We arrived, several people in the service drop off area. All avoided eye contact. When we finally received help with just dropping off our truck, they didn’t pull it into the service bay until late Thursday. This was for a recall. Nothing urgent. They could have scheduled it for a time they could actually do the work. As far as we know, the work was done correctly, but had this been a critical vehicle for us, we would have been out of luck. We left a message for the general manager to please call. We never received a call.
