The ‘Temp Closed’ sign was very small and easy to miss, and when I entered by mistake, an employee was extremely rude to me. I understand mistakes happen, but I think clearer signage and kinder communication would make the experience much better for customers. I have a membership there and clean my car very often i have never had an experience like today with other employee, it had always been nice, but with this specific employee i can recall always having some kind of negative experience. I wanted to share this feedback so it can be addressed.

Well this Sunday we were told to leave because we weren't members and the employees at both Cookeville locations were extremely rude about the situation. Definitely won't be coming back.
