- RMRandy MillerFeb 3, 20262.0I've been a customer for over a year. It seems to be going downhill. The microfiber towels in the clean bin are often wet because they don't dry them after washing them. That's if they're even washing them. Every time the towels are wet, there's either hair or debris stuck in them. The vacuums are a 50/50. Often times they're clogged or detach from the system. The employees seem to not be maintaining and inspecting their equipment. Aside from that, their 'spin the wheel' within the app is obviously rigged. I have never received anything beyond 25 points and that only happened once. 95% chance you will always only receive five points. Just another money hungry car wash pulling people in and ripping them off. I'll update my review if things change for better or worse. The car wash itself seems fairly decent though it will leave swirl marks on your vehicle after multiple visits.
