It's hard to get ahold of anyone. Months ago they promised they wouldn't be charging me anymore. Just found out they have continued to bill me. Called the number at 4:20 pm and message told me to call them during business hours of 9-5. I DID!!! So aggravating!! I'll never trust them again with my card number.
