Very pricey and extremely long wait times…
$750 for cheapest option on tires on a ford fusion I’d brought in.
Ended up being a 3h wait.
Returned for the free oil change which was upcharged for 0.3 quarts of oil. After the first hour they took my car in, I sat and noticed two walking out one of what I thought to hear “no need to rush” and proceeded to wait another hour for the oil change to finish.
I was welcomed upon arrival which was nice, but that was about it.

We went in for a little problem with our van having a vibration problem and the employees were very helpful and caring in their response to our concerns. They fixed the issue and we were also impressed with how they responded to the other customers who were there. Great service great attitude. We’re glad they are available for our tire and automotive needs.

Stopped in to check out the new tire shop in town and I’m really glad I did. The whole experience was smooth, organized, and way easier than I expected. It’s a huge plus having a true one-stop shop right here—mounting, balancing, and alignment all done in the same visit. No running around to different places or waiting days for service.
The team was professional but still super friendly and laid back—no pressure, no rushed attitude, just honest hard-working folks who clearly take pride in what they do. They worked in a clean, well-organized way and kept me updated throughout the process, which I appreciated.
My vehicle was finished the same day, and everything feels great on the road. I’m really happy we’ve got this shop right around the corner, and I’m looking forward to bringing all our vehicles here.
If you’re looking for solid service from good people right here in the community, definitely check them out.

Friendly helpful place. Traveling cross country when cold weather hit and tire pressure dropped. Stopped by to top off air pressure. Good service & no charge. If I lived here they would be my tire company.

Bought a set of New tires from this store.
They included a “Free Oil Change “ with purchase of set of tires. They couldn’t do the oil change that day they said.
My wife called this morning to make an appointment for the free oil change.
No appointment necessary he said.
She took our vehicle in and was there over
3 1/2 hrs and had to repeatedly ask.
When the car would be ready.
Total lack of communication between the staff. No kind communication with the customer. Very poor customer service.
Very bad place to do business.
Fast talking when they sell u a product.
Brag on being a large company to serve you better.
The #1 cause of uneven or rapid tire wear is misalignment. Your vehicle also may pull to one side or feel "loose" when steering, and you might even observe a drop in fuel economy. Alignment is critical to tire life and vehicle safety. In fact, if you install new tires on a misaligned vehicle, some manufacturers won't even honor your tire warranty. Everyday driving, potholes, hard turns, and sudden stops, gradually knock your wheels out of alignment. This wear is natural, but it can quickly chew through your tires. That's why Tire Discounters includes a FREE alignment ($129.99 value) when you purchase 4 tires installed. It's just another way we help you get more life (and more value) out of your tires.
