Bought a set of New tires from this store.
They included a “Free Oil Change “ with purchase of set of tires. They couldn’t do the oil change that day they said.
My wife called this morning to make an appointment for the free oil change.
No appointment necessary he said.
She took our vehicle in and was there over
3 1/2 hrs and had to repeatedly ask.
When the car would be ready.
Total lack of communication between the staff. No kind communication with the customer. Very poor customer service.
Very bad place to do business.
Fast talking when they sell u a product.
Brag on being a large company to serve you better.

The service guys were awesome, however the manager/front office people badly need some training in customer service. The manager didn't know how to start or put my car in gear. All they wanted to talk about was the "Free Alignment". Again, the service techs were great but front counter/manager experience was one of the worst. It took them 2 hours with an appointment.

Terrible experience. We always used them when they were Freemans but these new owners lack people skills and common sense. I ordered over the phone a new Michelin tire for my wife's car. After paying the deposit I again went over all the specifics as far as size and model to which the clerk agreed. He told me it would be in early tomorrow so I scheduled a 10 AM appointment for the following day. My wife shows up the next day at 10 and no truck hence no tire. Since she drove in from out of town she had to wait around until 1 PM. When she got the car back thankfully she checked and they installed the wrong model tire . She had to wait yet again for them to install the correct model tire. And you would think they would have knocked some off the outrageous price for the 4 hour inconvenience but no. To top it off the one tire is 5 psi lower than the other 3 so I had to fill it myself to the correct pressure. We are done with this clown show of a company and will buy our tires someplace else in the future.
The #1 cause of uneven or rapid tire wear is misalignment. Your vehicle also may pull to one side or feel "loose" when steering, and you might even observe a drop in fuel economy. Alignment is critical to tire life and vehicle safety. In fact, if you install new tires on a misaligned vehicle, some manufacturers won't even honor your tire warranty. Everyday driving, potholes, hard turns, and sudden stops, gradually knock your wheels out of alignment. This wear is natural, but it can quickly chew through your tires. That's why Tire Discounters includes a FREE alignment ($129.99 value) when you purchase 4 tires installed. It's just another way we help you get more life (and more value) out of your tires.
