Returned for the free oil change which was upcharged for 0.3 quarts of oil. After the first hour they took my car in, I sat and noticed two walking out one of what I thought to hear “no need to rush” and proceeded to wait another hour for the oil change to finish. I was welcomed upon arrival which was nice, but that was about it.

I’m really happy we’ve got this shop right around the corner, and I’m looking forward to bringing all our vehicles here. My wife called this morning to make an appointment for the free oil change. No appointment necessary he said. She took our vehicle in and was there over 3 1/2 hrs and had to repeatedly ask. When the car would be ready. Total lack of communication between the staff. No kind communication with the customer. Very poor customer service. Very bad place to do business. Fast talking when they sell u a product. Brag on being a large company to serve you better.
