- SMSean M3 days ago5.0I bought a Chevy Silverado from these folks that revealed transmission issues shortly after purchase, which later turned out to be a full transmission failure. Ford of Cookeville stepped up and honored their lifetime warranty without hesitation. They had a local Chevy service center replace the transmission at no cost to me and kept me in a brand-new loaner vehicle for the entire two months it took Chevy to get the transmission in and complete the repair. That alone says a lot. If I had bought this truck from another dealer, this could have been a very different—and very expensive—situation. The only knock I have is that I had difficulty getting communication from their service department after I initially bought the truck. That said, these folks ultimately did the right thing, stood behind their warranty, and made sure I was taken care of. Because of that, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ford of Cookeville—especially Joe and Brian in sales.

As we traveled I noticed the air gauge on the dash we had an air leak on our explorer. We aired it up once and made it to cookeville. That’s when we pulled into the Ford dealership to see if they could fix it. I met Will in the service department. I told him my dilemma and where we were traveling to. Will looked for options to get us back on the road quickly. With the replacement of a valve stem we were back on the road in an hour. Will and the team made my family feel welcome and helped us in a great way even though we bought our explorer in Sweetwater Tn. They worked and got us back on the road and that means a lot to our family. Especially getting to see my son for the first time in 6 months. Thank you Cookeville Ford for everything.

Justin dishman was our sales man and he was great to work with and made us feel like people not just a sale. David and Kevin were also Great to work with. Usually im chevrolet guy but we didnt get that kind of service or trade in value at other dealerships. The only issue we have had is we waited awhile to get the car and we knew it needed a few things but it took way longer than promised, had to be the one to call and check in most of the time, asked for a manager, still havent heard back, car wasnt detailed, filled up, or serviced. Which was part of the deal. They are making it right but still aggravating when youre promised one thing and get another. But we have the vehicle now and love it. Just hope next time it doesn't take this long.
- REroy ennisDec 19, 20255.0I was looking at a 2021 gmc serra truck from cookeville Ford a young salesman Paris Radford approached me i said no just looking well the young man talked with me an for a young man he is very mature I really liked the truck I didn't an won't pay the asking price so I told Mr radford what I would pay an no more well that young man went to work an came back within $500 difference well now I own a gmc truck now let's talk about the service dept hands down the best had a tire sensor problem no problem fixed I bought the road hazard got a screw in one of the tires no problem new tire saved me $305 long story short if your looking for a new or used vehicle cookeville ford is a great place to shop everyone there is friendly an courteous no pressure sales just a overall great buying experience. This is not the first vehicle I have bought or dealership I visited one that I will buy from again.
