These dealerships ranged from Nashville, Knoxville and Cookeville. The only dealership that continued to check on me was Ford Lincoln Cookeville. When I was ready to physically start vehicle shopping, my first stop was Ford Lincoln. They were able to meet all my requirements, which wasn't easy with me... I purchased an extremely nice Lincoln that day. The dealership included lifetime warranty on the transmission and Motor! I am extremely happy with my Vehicle purchase. Conner asked us what we were looking for and did everything he could and got us exactly what we wanted. No down payment and left with exactly what we asked for. He was very nice and thoughtful and wanted to know all about us. It was nice to deal with someone who was not only interested in selling us a vehicle but making sure it was right for us. Thanks!
- JGJohn GabbardNov 17, 20255.0Warning!!! Cookeville Ford is about a HUGE MISTAKE! Starting Dec 1st 2025 they will no longer take walk in’s, all service will be by appointment only! Walk in’s have been their bread and butter for many years, without walk in appointments they will lose many customers, leaving techs and service advisors with nothing to do, it will be the beginning of the end for the service department! I sincerely hope they change their mind and DO NOT DO THIS!!! They have a great group of service advisors and technicians, it will be a shame if they have to shut the doors because of this terrible new policy.

- VMVanquish MediaNov 7, 20251.0Called the dealership today (Friday November 7th 2025) to request to be taken off of the call list. I informed Morgan that I have never purchased a vehicle from this dealership, I only drive European cars: Ferrari, BMW & Volvo; not Fords. Morgan (the receptionist) told me that "we sometimes get cars like Ferrari", I replied back "I only buy my Ferraris from Ferrari of Nashville" then she told me "well you do not need to talk to me like I'm dumb" so I replied back "then stop calling my phone *****" and she had the nerve to hang up on me after I simply asked to be taken of the call list.
