  Stopped by the Algood AutoZone and got a wiper blade for my truck. Ask if they could put it on for me. They did and it only took a few minutes. Great people at these store.

  Had a dead battery and was just down the street from the AutoZone in Algood. I gave Sean the specs, and he went above and beyond by installing the battery for me without me even having to ask. Outstanding customer service! Sean truly makes AutoZone shine and is a huge asset to the company..

  I’m a woman and I told claim to know everything but I do know some. I went to get a set of break pads and A ROTER for my car. (Because that’s what I could afford to get at that moment). I wanted the duralast golds when I told him what I wanted he started trying to talk me out of them for something cheaper. Then asked me why I even wanted them for a Tahoe because I was most likely not hauling. I told him they seemed to be better quality less worp and less dust. He then argued that wasn’t true and hatefully went to get what I wanted. He then brought two roters and the pads back I apologized and told him I was sorry he carried two to the front that I only needed one. He again got snappy with me (causing a scene where everyone was looking) and told me that he didn’t recommend that and that he had owned several shops and restored lots of vehicles and he would walk away from this job. Then went on to say no shop in cookeville would do this job. He then looked at my child and said have precious cargo. I said well that’s what my husband told me to get thinking it would end the transaction Wrong…. He then grabbed both Roters and walked off and brought back a different Roter. So defeated I payed for the stuff and told him my husband would be back to return it. I never once told him I’m doing this today tomorrow never even told him I was just doing the once side. I was made to feel stupid just because I’m not a man. My husband went to return it no questions asked nothing. A man would have never dealt with that. This is the second time I’ve dealt with this man and both times it’s been an unpleasant experience. I was told by another employee he’s the manager. I won’t be back.

  I broke down at Speedway across from AutoZone (praise God that was convenient versus other places). This is what my battery looked like once Sean came over to jump the car. I was bracing for the big new battery bill when he let me know that mine was still good and all I probably needed was a good cleaning from the corrosion that developed. Cranked like a charm! This store manager knows his stuff! Explained what was happening like a science teacher. 😎 Thank you! I'm heading home 20 minutes after breaking down 😳🙌🫶
