- CMChristopher MatthewsDec 3, 20251.0I purchased a set of front brake pads and rotors from here today. I purchased them online because they were running a discount if you pay online. It states on their website that these parts are "EXACT FIT" for my specific car. I picked them up in store, got home and began breaking the car down to install my new parts... but the rotors are too big. So now Im stuck at home with no ride. Then I call to see about an exchange, BUT since I purchased the parts online, they said they won't let me exchange for parts that will fit, and I also will have to wait up to 10 business days for a money return.(the lady on the phone only stated the obvious and was no help) I had to walk to Auto Zone with the little bit of money I had left and bought 1 single rotor. So now my car is half ass fixed... I'm not one to complain but this was absolutely terrible experience. Save yourself and go to O'Reilly next door. Or literally anywhere else

My truck started acting up on the Interstate and I pulled in here as it was the closest parts store to me and everyone there was more than willing to help. They checked the codes and helped to determine what was needed and even topped off the fluids I purchased from there themselves. So thankful. 5 STARS!!! I hope they don't mind me sharing their picture. But they were top notch !!!
