I appreciate the brand at advanced calling and figuring out the situation. We made the best of the situation and all is right. A little frustrated about the situation that happened today. I brought in two batteries to be charged at this location. It’s the day before Thanksgiving and we were planning on using our side-by-side and four wheeler tomorrow so we wanted to make sure the batteries were charged. I spoke with somebody at the store at least four times and reiterated that I would like to have the batteries back regardless of the State of them before the end of the night so that we could enjoy our day tomorrow. After speaking with someone several times, I kept calling back and they told me that the batteries were simply still charging. This was over a period of probably 4+ hours. I now I’m stuck with no batteries because the location closed at eight. I never received a phone call on what the state of my batteries were.The gentleman that I spoke with said they were closed tomorrow so I now have to either choose to buy new batteries or not enjoy the equipment. I wouldn’t be frustrated if I hadn’t talked to somebody multiple times and reiterated that I really wanted the batteries back today.
