- KLkenneth laddNov 13, 20255.0i have owned a little Nissan versa 2009 for about 4 years or so. i have regularly had oil changes and other work completed on this car, never once has anyone said anything about the cabin filter, I didn't even know there was one. Until i went to Valvoline. it took them several minutes to get it out, as i dont believe it had ever been replaced, but they replaced it with a new one. you should have seen the one they pulled out OMG

The manager, Ashley runs a tight ship, and it shows. I was treated with respect and honesty. I didn’t feel like I was being oversold or pressured to buy additional services.
