  I’ve been with them about 5 years and about 3 weeks ago Ice fell in the tunnel and damaged my car ..I immediately stopped and filed the report, manager was very rude. it’s was a nightmare for 3 weeks trying to get any response after 20+ emails,5+ calls and 4 stops I find out they never even sent the claim in and the manager had been fired a few days after the incident..every visit there the employees have ALL said how bad things are right now they don’t even know numbers to call anyone. Well then I get this bogus email how they decided nothing ever happened and they will not fix it..I’ve been kind and patient all this time but this company will not do the right thing ..the car was damaged $3800 by ice falling from above in their tunnel and they send an email full of dumb info that half couldn’t even know cause they fired the lady there that day and of course they don’t want to respond and let me see the videos of my car going thru the wash …this site is in a mess and I’m sad since I’ve been a member 5 years

  Salesman met me where you select which car wash you want, and talked me into $18 wash. They scrubbed a few times with the wash mop and sent me on my way. I got through the wash and couldn’t tell a difference from beginning to end. I then spent the next 40 minutes scrubbing and cleaning my car myself. I feel like I was played out of $18. I do not recommend this car wash as it does not do a good job. I have learned my lesson and will not be back.

  Need to update the business hours to closed at 6:45PM. Pulled in at 6:50PM to get a wash in before the listed closing time of 7PM and the lanes were blocked off and told they were closed for the night as I watched the last car enter the wash. I will be cancelling my monthly membership ASAP.
