    My car came out dirtier than before it went in!! Weird white film all over the windows. So bad I went to Tidal Wave to have it washed right!

    The person working to pay center in the Drive-Thru was very kind and courteous. The only reason I am giving any stars is because of that employee. The one scrubbing the before going to the wash was rude and dismissive. And my car did not come clean even after going through a rewash. Pictures attached after rewash.

    The monthly price for unlimited washes is reasonable enough that I have three cars on my account. But, that's not why I stay a customer. This carwash is well managed, well maintained, and has friendly, helpful employees. I can get my cars washed at many other drive through carwashes; it's the people here that make the difference. The detail stations are important to me. There are always fresh towels and cleaning products. I leave after a wash and wax at the drive through, followed by a wipe down of the interior and windows, followed by a vacuum of the carpet at the detail station. My vehicles look great! Someone asked me recently if we'd just purchased a new car. I told them that we'd had it for five years already.
