  Montana helped me with my oil change and he was great. He was very professional, kind, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I never felt rushed and he made the whole experience easy and comfortable. It’s always nice to come across someone who genuinely cares about helping customers.   My experience started off okay until it came time to pay. This is my first time owning a car, so I’m not educated on the different oil types. When Jose gave me a choice, I explained that to him. They recommended full synthetic but never said it would cost more. When he told me the total, I was shocked. He then said, “It’s because you got full synthetic I yelled the price out.” That’s what really upset me. Why are you yelling prices instead of speaking to me directly so I can decide if I want to pay that much? Had I known, I would have left. He also tried to get me to buy two tires for $505.

  Brandon, Jose, and Stryder at Express Oil were amazing! They made my oil change quick, easy, and completely stress-free. From the moment I pulled in, they were friendly, professional, and super efficient. They took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure, and I really appreciated how smooth the whole process was. It’s hard to find a place you trust with your car, but this team definitely earned it. I’ll absolutely be back and highly recommend asking for Brandon, Jose, and Stryder if you stop by!

  I cannot say enough good things about Stryder at Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers in Columbia, TN. In a world where you constantly feel like you’re being upsold, rushed, or talked down to.. this was the complete opposite experience. Stryder was honest. Direct. Knowledgeable. And actually took the time to explain what was going on with my vehicle in a way that made sense. No pressure. No gimmicks. Just solid work and real integrity. You can tell immediately when someone takes pride in what they do.. and he absolutely does. He treated me with respect, didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need, and made sure everything was handled the right way before I left. That kind of service is rare. If you’re in Columbia and need anything done, ask for Stryder specifically. You’ll be taken care of.
